The controller for data processing on this eIFU platform is MEDTRON AG, Hauptstraße 255, 66128 Saarbrücken, Germany (info@medtron.com).
When you visit the platform, our server operated in Germany processes technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, date and time of access) to deliver the content and to ensure secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
If you request a printed copy, the data entered in the form is processed exclusively to handle and ship your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
With your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) we use the self-hosted analytics software Matomo to analyse usage: views and downloads of documents as well as country of access and device type. The data remains entirely on our server and is not passed on to third parties.
